    We have owned this home for 40 years and have taken great care in the maintenance and upkeep. We have also enjoyed sharing this special place with our renters every summer. Approximately 80-90% of our renters return the following year, and we have several families who are ''long-timers,'' including one family that has rented for 25 summers!
