This lovely three-level saltbox home features a view of Ackway Bay and views of the nearby preserve and bird sanctuary. This is a great walking area yet is close to all the amenities that New Seabury has to offer.
As you enter the home, you will find the fully-equipped kitchen, which was completely renovated in 2002; a master bedroom and bath; and a cathedral-ceiling living room. The bedroom and living room have three sliding glass doors that open onto a large deck.
Upstairs, the loft area features a sitting area that looks over the living room and has two sofas and a TV. There is a sleeping alcove and a bathroom up here as well. Sliding glass doors open from the sitting area to a small deck that overlooks the preserve.
On the bottom floor, there is another small sitting area, with two bedrooms on either side, a third bedroom behind one of the other two, and a full bath. Sliders from the sitting area and two of the bedrooms open to a private brick patio.
