This 4 bedroom-2 1/2 bath home with central air is spacious and inviting with a beautiful wraparound deck to enjoy the exquisite 3/4 acre private lot abutted by conservation land and a pond.

The open floor plan on the first floor includes a kitchen with a large granite island and modern appliances; a large living room with skylights, gas fireplace and flat screened TV; a spacious dining area; and sliders from the dining area and living room to a large deck, which is furnished for relaxing, a gas grill and access to the outdoor shower. The beautiful screened in porch overlooking the woods and pond is a great place to relax. A spacious master bedroom with large Jacuzzi bathroom and separate shower completes the first floor.

The second floor contains a bedroom with a twin over full bunk and a sleigh bed, another bedroom with twin beds, a large queen bedroom, a large bathroom with shower/tub, and a catwalk overlooking the first floor. The finished basement contains a large gathering area with flat screened TV.

A short walk through our quiet neighborhood leads to the beautiful beaches of Popponessett and the Marketplace for dining and entertainment.

    Wonderful Cape House

    This house is perfect for any family or group of friends. The location is in a quiet, family neighborhood. The house was spotless, well furnished and very comfortable. Hands down the nicest place we have stayed in Popponesset! The open floor plan is very spacious and the kitchen is well equipped and the central AC and outdoor shower are a big bonus. The kids loved the finished basement.

    The beaches are a short walk away as well as the Popponesset Marketplace, the Lure and the Raw Bar. One of the local beaches has a quiet inlet where the kids can bring their nets and and spend hours finding hermit crabs.

    Nancy and Bill were wonderful hosts, they answered our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We can't wait to go back!!

    Great House

    We've been coming here for many years. This place is wonderful -- plenty of room for our family and extended family. Well equipped , modern kitchen, large living area and outdoor seating. It is an easy walk to the private beach and Popponesset Market place. Great place for bike riding and very family oriented. Popponessett is also an easy drive to Mashpee Commons for shopping and dining. Nancy and Bill have always been easy to deal with, and their home has always had everything we need for a great vacation. Can't wait to be back! show more show less
