Our family stayed here for a week last summer, and we all had a great time. The house has a nice open floor plan with plenty of windows and a deck facing the ocean. Bob was excellent to work with, and the neighbors were friendly as well. We'll be back!

This home is the perfect spot for a family Cape vacation and one that we’ll spend time at this summer for the 13th year in a row. There is nothing quite like staying at this ocean front cottage - enjoying the benefits of the spacious, 3 bedroom open floor concept, the beach being just steps away from your door (easy for lunch, cocktail, and bathroom breaks) and the perfect deck to spend time on overlooking Nantucket Sound with views of Martha’s Vineyard!

The house is always in tip top shape upon arrival, and the owner makes a conscious effort to make at least one significant update/upgrade each and every year. Having A/C in each of the bedrooms is a huge bonus when the humid and muggy nights hit, but we’re usually enjoying the ocean breeze at night - a benefit you only receive by staying oceanfront.

The house is fully equipped with a strong WiFi signal that at times can be picked up even at the beach and has a fantastic outside shower - a must for any cottage on the beach. Best of all, this home is located on the friendliest of streets in Poppy...one that is extremely kid friendly and populated with people that truly enjoy the Cape beach life. We have rented this home for a few years now and it is always the highlight of our year! The house is perfectly located on a private beach. The house has everything you need, including air conditioning, which is rare in the area. We will continue to rent this home for our "Cape vacation" every year! Can't say enough how much we enjoy it. This year we started renting it for two weeks!

I loved staying here! This beautiful cape house is right on the water. Just steps to the beach. The views are breathtaking whether you are inside looking out or relaxing on the deck. The property is very well maintained and located on a quiet, dead end street. The house is clean and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and a joy to cook in. The deck is the place to be any time of the day, from watching the sun rise to taking in the sights and sounds of Popponesset Beach. I can’t wait to come back! show more show less

I hadn't been to the Cape since family vacations as a kid, and my wife had never been, so we decided to make a fall get a way and stayed at the Wolf property. The place was perfect for us as it is right on the water with a gorgeous view and a beautiful beach just steps away. Our favorite spot was the deck as we enjoyed our coffee and our 'happy hour' there. We like to cook and the kitchen was well stocked and very clean. The outdoor grill was great and we used it quite a bit. We could hear the gentle lapping of the waves all day and it was very relaxing. The comforts of the cottage are very good as the family room and bedrooms are all very comfortable.

The cottage is convenient to shopping and restaurants. We also used it as our launching spot for our excursions to the Cape Cod National Seashore, Chatham and Provincetown. All were easy drives for our day trips. The cottage is a very special place and we will be back! show more show less
