Our warm, inviting beach house says ''beach'' from the moment you walk in the front door. It is whimsically decorated with a relaxed, fun feel. There is an outside deck, patio and shower and 4 comfortable and spacious bedrooms and 3 baths. The master bedroom includes a private balcony, master bath with a jacuzzi tub, a beach stone shower, and a granite double sink. The living room has a gorgeous beach stone gas fireplace. In addition to central AC, other amenities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, Internet, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower - and linens are provided.

The house is 3 blocks from the beach, a quick 5 min walk. It is centrally located in a quaint community, walking distance to local shops, mini golf, grocery, restaurants, and entertainment.

    This is a beautiful decorated, pristine home in a perfect location on the Cape. Walking distance to breaches and quaint shops, eateries and stores in the marketplace. Very safe area for children to ride their bikes, go crabbing/fishing and great walking area for all ages Relaxing, peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Our hosts were terrific and most accommodating. We received a welcome bottle of wine and dish of cookies when we arrived. We would love to come back next year! show more show less

    Kristin's place is amazing, great for a family vacation with kids. The house is well equipped with anything you might need, supper clean and trendy. We loved our stay here and Kristin was a wonderful host.

    Kristen and Steve were great hosts. The house was beautiful and close to the beach. Lots of toys for our girls to play with and accommodations for all 8 of us we're well beyond our expectations. The hosts thought of everything! Dishes were sparkling clean as was the house. There were even flowers and a food basket waiting for our arrival. We will definitely be back! show more show less

    Pictures do not do this gorgeous home justice. Spacious, beautiful and love amazing location! Kristin was a great host readily available and even left us a basket for checking in with a very sweet card. everything about the weekend we shared here was great and extremely memorable!!!!

    We have been lucky enough to be spending our summers in Popponesset since childhood. It is a magical place that my husband, daughter and I hold dear in our hearts. We made our dream come true a few years back by buying a very old abandoned house and making it into the house of our dreams. So much love went into the house and it is pure joy spending any time at the Cape.

    What is special about this property?
    The house is whimsically decorated with very cheerful, bright and relaxing decor. Outside is just as relaxing with a warm cozy fire pit, good sized yard for playing whiffle ball, soccer or hide and go seek. There is an outside shower to wash off the remnants of a long day at the beach. Morning coffee is often enjoyed on the front porch watching the outside activity or reading a book.

    What is special about your town?
    The location is perfect for vacation. Everything is within walking distance. The beach is a 5 minute walk, the marketplace is a 10 minute walk. The marketplace includes places for casual dining, breakfast, general store, unique little boutiques for shopping, miniature golf and great outside music with live bands playing almost nightly. For children and teens there is plenty to do at the local Community Center ( 5minute walk), which includes morning softball, soccer, arts and crafts and basketball, as well as, nightly bingo, movies, dance parties and paint nights. Popponesset is truly special.
