This magnificent, architecturally-designed, four bedroom beach house is located one house in from Popponesset Beach on Cape Cod. Enjoy water views from the first and second floors, and a few steps lead you out to a private, white sand beach facing Nantucket Sound. This fun home is perfect for families and hosts four bedrooms and sleeps 12.

The living room/dining room is open & airy and leads out to a patio with outdoor kitchen and views of the ocean. The patio has a dining table that seats 8 and also has outdoor sitting area with gas fire pit. The kitchen has granite counter tops, a large center island with built in wine fridge, stainless steel appliances and all the kitchen supplies and cookware you might need. The first floor and second floor guest bedrooms have queen beds. The second floor master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with walk-in closet, and the fourth bedroom with bunk beds is ideal for kids. There are 3 full baths and an enclosed outdoor shower.

Amenities include air conditioning, a gas fireplace, hardwood floors, washer/dryer, cable/Apple TV, high end audio system, and Wi-Fi. Outdoor fun is also included with lots of beach toys, an Aqualily water pad, two kayaks, and two paddle boards.

The location is minutes away from fantastic shopping at Mashpee Commons and amazing restaurants.
