This Cape-style Popponesset Beach home is available for rent July only. Not many homes in this community can offer 4 bedrooms at this price. Cable, high speed internet access and a DVD player are provided. Induction cooktop. The property has a large back yard with an ample deck and gas grill with plenty of seats for open air dining. Outdoor shower available. Washer/dryer on site.

Driveway parking provides space for up to 4 cars. A five minute walk brings you to the private community Sandy Beach, after crossing picturesque Dean's Pond footbridge. Beach permits are provided. The footbridge is a fun location for kids to fish for fresh water perch, sunfish and bass.

Another short walk to Popponesset Market Place is a wonderful area to enjoy outdoor cafes, galleries, boutiques and miniature golf. Discover the ''best lobster roll'' on the Cape. Free live concerts are held weekly from Thursday to Sunday, 7:00 to 9:30pm. Bike Rentals are available here for you to enjoy the many bike trails throughout neighboring New Seabury. South Cape Beach and Mashpee Town Beach are delightful bike destinations for the intermediate cyclist.

For casual dining and a 6 screen movie theater, a ten minute drive to Mashpee Commons can add to your entertainment desires. Mashpee Commons provides many varied retail establishments and specialty shops. It is a welcome retreat to spend the day strolling amid it's outdoor walkways.

Several public golf courses of various slopes and ratings are nearby. Quashnet Valley, Cape Cod, Paul Harney, Olde Barnstable Fairgrounds and Ballymeade GC and Falmouth Golf Club are just of few of the many public country clubs within a twenty minute drive.

If you enjoy fishing, Popponesset Bay can be an exciting surf casting opportunity to catch plenty of Bluefish, Stripers and the much sought after, Bonito. Fishing excursions and whale watching tours can found in the nearby towns, Falmouth and Hyannis.
