This fabulous beach house is centrally located in the popular, safe, seaside community of Popponesset. The poppy community is a wonderful and friendly place. This location offers so much for all guests to be happy, with the endless options for entertainment and fun all within walking distance of the property. We have worked on this grand home with a detailed makeover to maximize its wonderful potential to be an amazing Cape Cod summer vacation property our family and all our guests will enjoy making lasting memories at. With 3,000 sq ft of living space, our new home features two levels of living. The first floor features an open floor plan with eat in kitchen along with a dining and sitting area. Granite countertops provide ample meal prep space enjoyable for those who love to cook and room for family and friends to come together in the process. Lots of cabinets for storage. The kitchen has stainless fridge, and other white appliances (gas stove, large microwave and dishwasher) kitchen island with four stools great spot for quick meals. Kitchen table seats 12 in the open concept layout of our home. The kitchen will be well stocked with all your meal planning necessities. This main level also features ; one Master King en suite and and a open den room as well as 2 full baths on this level.

The upstairs features 2 more spacious bedrooms including a 2nd King Master en-suite. The other bedroom on this level is the ''bunk room'' featuring a double bunk and a queen bed, making it a perfect room for the kids. The large grand room is on this level and has ample space for three large couches. Two swivel chairs as well as a single chair and ottoman, all of which provides ample seating for guests to watch TV or simply relax while enjoying this comfy conversation space. cathedral ceilings gives this level such an open spacious feel with many windows provide this space with lots of natural light, the perfect backdrop for guests gathering for indoor activities at the pub height round table and 4 chairs for playing cards, checkers, chess, cribbage or connect 4. Here is where you can also cuddle up with a great book or enjoy story time with the kids or grandkids. This floor features a bar area 2nd fridge and sink for additional storage of groceries for your stay. Additionally, the entire home has surround sound (even in the bathrooms.) Our cheerful home is a great setting to gather as a family/friends to relax and bond. If you desire a relaxing day at home you can certainly have that in the comfort of this central air conditioned property. The huge basement has a washer and dryer and is the perfect game room w a Pool table/ping pong table, bar stools surround the pool table so guest can sit while waiting their turn.
Also we have a large smart TV for video games or wii, Netflix’s etc. Guests can also watch movies and relax on comfy couches in this basement level.
If you prefer being outdoors having fun in the sun the beautiful private beach is only a short 3 1/2 min walk from the back door. Our wonderful grand poppy beach house will not disappoint, it’s a beautifully unique property with many comforts guests will love. It without a doubt offers the perfect spot for families and friends to build summertime memories as you play, relax and bond.

This home offers every aspect of a summer lifestyle full of fun, sun and saltwater breezes. 3 spacious bedrooms have closets and dressers. You can enjoy nights outdoors sipping your favorite cocktail while sitting, or grilling and dining.The kids will have fun roasting marshmellow and making smores or simply sitting around the firepit telling their favorite stories. Thank you for your interest in our Cape Cod Popponesset beach house. We are very much aware that guests may have questions and anxieties about travel and where to book for their travel 2022 vacation home away from home. We want to share with our potential guests what we are doing in preparation to welcome our guests. We have taken the pledge and adopted standards consistent with the Safe summer 2022 initiative. Just as we did for last summers rental season.

We worked hard in 2021 to create a safe and healthy environment for our guest to vacation in. We will continue to remain committed to our guest safety, well-being and enjoyment while at our property and especially during these continued challenging times. We have had a proactive plan to manage and prepare our vacation home for all guests. We have implemented best practices and enhance cleaning and disinfecting standards as we follow a model cleaning plan and procedures for our home prior to and in between all guests' stay. These measures meet Massachusetts lodging protocols and checklist which is a requirement of all homeowners of short term rentals as we wish to provide our guests with safety and peace of mind. Be assured we are applying robuste hygiene protocol and following state regulations and recommendations.
