Cotuit Info and area map
Our house is located in the charming village of Cotuit. It's less than one mile from the town beach and is walking/biking distance to the local library, playground, post office, golf course, Cape Cod Baseball League field, town dock and general store. Cotuit is just over an hour from most Boston suburbs and is easily accessible from both the Sagamore and Bourne bridges. There are many great activities in Cotuit: swimming, boating, sailing, bike-riding, fishing off the town dock, kayaking, tennis, golf, or watching Cape Cod baseball team, the Cotuit Kettleers. It is a great family spot. A world away, but a 10 minute drive to Mashpee Commons, 15 minutes to charming Osterville, 40 min. to Chatham/National Seashore.

Families love renting our house because you get a lot of space in this very clean house! There is an open, eat-in kitchen (dishwasher, coffeemaker and microwave) and family room, living room with TV. There are 4 bedrooms (each sleeps 2 people), bunk beds in 1 bedroom, full size washer/dryer in closet on main floor, 2 full bathrooms, deck, new outdoor shower, gas grill, and nice yard. Linens and beach towels included. You will love this house. It's very relaxing and convenient to all!
