Enjoy the full Cape Cod experience with private backyard access to the water, your own docks with seating to soak in the sunsets, private use of canoe, kayaks and paddle boards, and a roomy outdoor shower! Located on a beautiful and tranquil 78-acre pond, yet also steps away from access to Lake Wequaquet...a 670-acre warm water lake (the largest lake on the Cape!).
Tucked away privately in a safe and friendly neighborhood, yet very close to outdoor restaurants and nightlife, shops, ferries, the dinner train, the Melody Tent, outdoor entertainment, artist shanties, museums, ocean beaches, bike paths and everything Cape Cod. It's all just there waiting for you...

Everything has been purposely considered for guest comfort and enjoyment during your stay here at Cape Escape on the Waterfront! No matter the weather, this is the perfect place to be!! Bring your flips flops and enjoy!!
Guest Access:
Guests are able to access amazing views from almost every room in the house - even the bathroom!! Guests have access to a gas grill on the deck with outdoor dining and lounging areas. Bask in the sun, enjoy the wildlife, and catch unforgettable sunsets from the deck, hammock, outdoor fire pit, or dock!
