We stayed at the house and could not have been happier with our choice. The house was perfect, extremely neat and clean with an awesome backyard. We were close enough to everything, but just far enough away for peace and quiet when we wanted it. We could easily walk or bike to Bonehill beach and were just a quick bike ride from town, the coffee shop and the market. We spent alot of time just relaxing and playing games in the backyard and even more time enjoying the sunroom, reading and playing board games at night, Marcia was wonderful to work with. We would definitely go back!

We stayed at this wonderful home from June through August and can't say enough about it. The location was exceptional and central to all the Cape has to offer. From it's large and peaceful lot to easy access to key roads, we loved it.
Marcia is an exceptional owner and we cannot say enough about her. She was very helpful in helping us get familiar with the Cape.

Thank you so much for allowing us to take refuge in your beautiful home this summer. We have had such an amazing time. Being with the family, going to the beach, rediscovering the Cape, enjoying breakfast in your Sun room, and having a home with plenty of space to spread out and do all the things that we needed---this place has been great.
We just wanted to say "Thank-you". Our daughter said it the best, "I thought I was going to have a terrible summer, and it's actually been the best one ever"!

I stayed at the house 6/1 to 9/30/19. It worked out great because of its convenient location off 6A near Barnstable Village. The home had plenty of space and a large yard which allowed my grandkids to visit.

There was a nice sun room overlooking the backyard that was a great area to have coffee and do paperwork. Also great areas to walk to. I enjoyed my stay.

This house was perfect for us. It was in a great location, close to beaches, shops and restaurants. The 6A side of the Cape is the most scenic side and much less trafficked. The house itself was very clean and well equipped, with a spacious and beautiful yard. We recommend it highly.

This was the first time I have ever rented someone else’s home and I was extremely happy with the home my family and I stayed at. The pictures the home owner displayed do not do justice for what the home is really like. If I am going to invest money into staying somewhere, I like a clean place. This home was clean, well maintained and easy to become relaxed in. We ran into a minor problem and once I notified the owner, she took care of it immediately. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat. It was in close proximity to a number of the local beaches, restaurants and museums that for the short window my family stayed there, we were amazed at what we could fit in if we had had more time to spend at this home. The owner, Marcia, was phenomenal! Her home is beautiful and on my list of favorite places to spend quality time with my family in the future!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay! The house was immaculate, very nicely decorated, and more than enough room for us! We loved eating breakfast and lunch in the sun room, which overlooked the very spacious backyard. We were far away enough from the hustle of town, but close enough if we needed to run to a store. Additionally, having a washer/dryer on the premises was a big plus, and of course being able to bring our Chihuahua really sealed the deal!! Marcia was available to us when the internet went down (entire area was having problems), and tried her best to help us fix the problem. We will definitely be coming back in the near future!

This is our third or fourth time renting this house and it is always wonderful. Thank you, Marcia.

We fell in love with this property. Beautiful sunroom where we enjoyed our breakfasts. All the rooms are beautifully decorated. The private beach is very close, which was a big plus. Marcia was a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the Cape.

This was our first time at the Cape and we wanted to explore. This house was in a great location. Close to the ferries. Not too far from the beach. Close to the whale watching tour, which was amazing. House was very neat and clean. Much bigger than we anticipated. Plenty of room. I think there are 3 different family rooms so everybody is not on top of each other. Everything was lovely.

We stayed at this fantastic property for five weeks and could not have enjoyed it more. The location is fabulous - a quiet cul-de-sac close to town and walking distance from a beach and Audubon walking trails. Marcia takes great care to make sure the house and grounds are in perfect condition and her guests feel right at home. The house was not only charming but clean, spacious, and well-appointed. As nice as the photos are, they don't do the place justice! We particularly enjoyed the lovely sunroom and the huge backyard. Our only regret was not renting it for longer!

Staying at Marcia's house for six weeks was a wonderful vacation experience. The house was tastefully decorated and very neat and clean. The kitchen was bright and airy and easy to cook in. The yard was nicely landscaped, and the gardeners came punctually as well as the garbage collection. Barnstable was a great little town to find a gourmet grocery store, a fun little coffee shop, a new French bakery, and a fish store. The pictures on the rental site were exactly as shown.

Thank-you again for your hospitality this week. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time during our stay in Barnstable. Hope to visit again soon!

This is from a guest that stayed for 5 weeks!! Dear Marcia, Thank you for great summer. The house and area was great...I signed my boys up for the Audubon summer classes. It was great weather and the beaches are scenic especially Bone Hill Road beach, Millway and the Hyannis beach way out. SB
