The master suite is on the first level with gorgeous views of the marsh. There is a king size bed, and a gorgeous private bathroom.
Upstairs has a beautiful sunny loft home office as well as 3 bedrooms, a 1/2 bath, and a full bath. All 3 bedrooms have queen size beds.
The lower level walkout ''basement'' has a French sliding door, large windows and views of the beautiful marsh. This space also has a large laundry room, and hangout space for kids and teens. There is a full bed and a twin bed in the lower level allowing comfortable sleeping arrangements for 3 more people.

    PERFECT!!!

    This house was more than I expected. It was a home away from home for my family and
    quest. It delivered everything we needed for a Beach Vacation. Having lived on the Cape.
    I wasn't sure what this trip would be like. The view was gorgeous, the photos only provide half
    of the beauty and comfort of this home. The home was very clean and provided all the creature comforts. The kitchen was completely stocked, the linens were provided with a laundry room as a plus. The house is perfect for a family with children or just for an adult getaway. The nearness to Sandy Neck Beach makes this house a 'dream come true!' show more show less
