This year-round, Centerville/West Hyannisport line, residence is just 1/3 mile walk to world famous Craigville Beach. On most evenings you can hear the surf from the beach. It is a very clean, recently painted, quiet (on dead end street), ranch-style home with all the amenities including a private deck off the kitchen, ceiling fan in living room, bedrooms a/c, vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace stove,new widescreen (46'') tv, cable, wifi, microwave,newer mattresses etc. and outdoor and indoor showers. Approximately 2 1/2 miles to Hyannis Center and ferries to the islands and 1 1/2 miles to Kennedy Compound. Near Centerville River and fresh water kayaking and fishing areas. Nice,private back yard suitable for games, children, etc. Bicycles and beach chairs & umbrella available for use. Wonderful biking trails a short distance. Linens and towels included. House is modern and very well kept. Newer gas burning stove insert in fireplace makes for a nice comfortable night when cool outside. Kayaks may be available. Beach pass included, no cleaning or service fees. State and Local taxes of 14.45% will apply.

Hi my family has owned this lovely home in Centerville for 25 years. It has been a vacation getaway for the family. Now that are children are older, we are making the year-round home available. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have.

What is special about this property?
Proximity to beach and nearby Craigville Village and fresh water ponds. Quiet neighborhood located near Craigvile Pizza.
