I'm Gavin, a merchant marine, Cape Codder, Homebody, World Traveler. Lover of the ocean and all things relaxing. I'm so excited to welcome you to my home. I've recently purchased the property and are restoring and preserving the classic Cape Cod home so it may be enjoyed for years to come.

What is special about this property?
The relaxing retreat is located in Historic Centerville Village, it's a welcoming, bright and relaxing apartment perfect for a getaway on Cape Cod. Overlooking the tidal marsh at Craigville River, a private home has off street parking and serene outdoor space.
Just a short walk to the ocean, beaches, the library and the general store; it's centrally located 3.5 miles to Downtown Hyannis, Route 6, and the Nantucket/Marthas Vineyard ferries.
We include a beach pass for all our guests. This pass gives you access to 15 Town beaches from (May to September).

What is special about your town?
The apartment is 1/2 miles to beautiful Craigville beach with food shacks, sunbathing, swimming or kayaking. By bike, car or Uber you can easily access Lamber's Market, Fancy's Market, Shaw's Grocery Store, a laundry mat, Osterville Village and Main Street, Hyannis with it's local shops and boutiques, artists, marina, local restaurants, nightlife and entertainment.
