If you enjoy staying close to everything that Cape Cod has to offer while being tucked away from the crowds, then ''Take It Easy'' is the place! Centrally located on the Mid-Cape, located immediately South of Route 28, the spacious ''Take It Easy'' is close to several ocean beaches, shopping, restaurants, historic sites and more. This is a quiet circular neighborhood, perfect for the rest and relaxation an escape to the Cape should provide.

Here you can enjoy quiet, lazy days in the private back yard, with numerous places to lounge on the expansive deck, grill meals, play games in the yard, or relax on the swinging chairs. Rinse off after a day at the beach in the must-have outdoor shower. There are also 2 inflatable kayaks (2 seats each) that are available to use. They are inflated on arrival but can be deflated to fit in the car and pumped back up.

With several ocean beaches nearby, you’re sure to be entertained without having to travel far from the home. Bike or take a short 3-minute drive south to Craigville Beach or Covell’s beach for miles of beautiful Nantucket Sound with clam shacks located conveniently across the street. A little further away by car, but included with your Beach Pass, is beautiful Dowses Beach in Osterville, a wonderful spot for collecting shells where the sand is soft and the beach is lined with beautiful dunes. The stunning skyline never looks the same way twice at these beaches, with each visit feeling like you are part of a different nature painting. Note: Beach passes to all of the Town of Barnstable's beaches will be provided with the rental.

Walk or bike to quaint historic Centerville Village mere minutes away – home of the award-winning Four Seas Ice Cream shop and the 1856 Country Store known for its historic building and penny candy. One of the best local libraries on Cape is closeby, adjacent to a historical museum, places of worship and several historic former Sea Captain’s homes and all the charm staying in a real New England village has to offer. To the west, Cape Cod Package and Spirits Shop is a short 5-minute walk, and nearby is Centerville Pie (one of Oprah’s Favorite Things), the Bell Tower Mall with the 99-restaurant, gas and gift shops.

With quaint downtown Osterville Village a few miles down the road south westerly, the unique eateries, bakeries, and boutique shopping are sure to not disappoint. Here you can enjoy delicious meals at Wimpy's Seafood Cafe, the Chart Room at Crosby’s for breathtaking waterfront dining, and rustic wood-fired pizza and flatbreads at Crisp Restaurant. Treat yourself to gourmet coffee, sandwiches and baked goods from several local eateries. Also in Osterville Village, is Armstrong-Kelley Park for picnics, Fancy's Market for groceries, and Gone Chocolate for quality ice cream. Alternately, go 10 minutes east to Hyannis for grocery shopping, a plethora of fantastic restaurants, bakeries, the marina, whale watching and live entertainment.

With 5 bedrooms and 3 baths there is ample space for everyone. Play board games or read a book by the beautiful stone fireplace in the centrally located living room. Or get cozy and watch a movie after a long day at the beach and watch movies in the second living room located at the other end of the house.

The spacious kitchen has plenty of room to prepare meals, or sit at the counter for a quick breakfast before heading out. There is room to dine at the kitchen table, or in the adjacent dining room for more seating for all the guests. It comes equipped with a coffee maker, popcorn maker, waffle iron, and air fryer.

On the first level is the master bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and private bath with jets in the tub. Another full bath is located on the first level, along with 2 additional bedrooms (1 Full sized bed and 1 Queen sized bed). Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms (1 Queen bed and the other bedroom is equipped with 3 twin beds), both very large spacious rooms, perfect for kids to play and sleep. These bedrooms share a full bathroom on this upper level.

There is ample parking for cars in the driveway. Enter through the front door or garage to access the stairs in the basement for easy access to the first level.
