This is the main house of a 3 unit home - the backyard belongs to the main house and has a patio with a grill for cookouts after the beach. There is a tenant on both sides of the home - each has separate entrance and no access to the backyard. You will have total privacy.

This condo is on floors 1-2 of 2.
