The house is immaculate, very well kept and extremely comfortable. It's fully equipped, from the kitchen to various things for the beach. The house is on a very quiet street, in a perfect location close to several beaches. We drove to the beach but it's not a far walk. Katrina was a very attentive host, available to answer questions and overall extremely helpful. I would definitely go back and would not hesitate to recommend it! It was truly a great stay and I am looking forward to returning one day.

My wife and I just stayed here 8/6-8/13 and it was great! The fenced in yard is nice and private, great for kids. We loved the fire pit! Everything was spotless clean. Felt like home!!

We loved our stay at Katrina's cozy cottage. Very clean, tastefully decorated, well-equipped, comfortable furniture, air conditioning, great location, quiet neighbourhood and a beach pass: what else could you ask for. Katrina and John are wonderful hosts, eager to make sure everything is going well. Overall, a great place for a vacation!

My family's recent stay at "Katrina's Cottage" was nothing short of perfection! From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for an incredible beach getaway that would leave us with lasting memories. This charming cottage exceeded all expectations and truly felt like a home away from home!

The first thing that struck us was the impeccable cleanliness and bright, airy ambiance. It was evident that the owners take great pride in maintaining their property. The cozy interior immediately welcomed us, and we could feel the care and thoughtfulness that went into every detail.

"Katrina's Cottage" is a true gem that deserves nothing less than five stars. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing, easy, and fun beach retreat that will leave you with memories to cherish for a lifetime!

Katrina's cottage will not disappoint! The pictures are a true representative of what you'll find upon your arrival. A great little cottage that had everything we needed for our week on the Cape. The furniture was comfy, the place was spotless and very tastefully decorated. We had a hot week and were thankful for the central AC. Two large tv's were a plus so our teenagers could have their own to game or watch YouTube. Neighborhood was quiet and just a short walk to the beach. The provided beach pass was a great added perk, we didn't hesitate to go to the beach for just an hour because parking was FREE! Nearby beaches were very nice with restrooms and food close by.
Katrina was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. She was a great host! We'll definitely rent from her again!

Katrina's place was amazing!!! Her home had everything we needed including beach supplies, plenty of towels, two showers (one indoor and one outdoor), pans for cooking, extra pillows and blankets, and so much more. She even supplied a cooler for the beach as an option! Katrina's guidebook at the house was great for recommending local spots and mapping out beaches - anytime we had a question we just turned to the binder and found the answer! Everything was super clean and organized in the house. You can tell she really cares about making things convenient for her guests. The neighborhood was really nice and in close proximity to so many things. The cottage was very nice to come back to at the end of a long day (especially sitting in the sunroom!). My friends and I would strongly recommend Katrina's cottage!!! Thank you Katrina!

Katrina's home is perfect. The cottage is beautifully decorated and very clean. It is newly renovated, and it shows. The attention to detail is also amazing. Everything you need for a stay in Cape Code is here. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and the location is perfect. Close to restaurants, shops, ferry and breweries. The fenced in yard provides privacy, and the sunroom is a bonus. Katrina is a great host, communicating as needed and promptly. We truly appreciated the welcome gift she left for us, as we were celebrating our anniversary, and she remembered. We highly recommend this home for your trip to Cape Cod.

Probably the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in. Very clean and organized, with a setup great for a visit. The details were all good, eg a set of cookware and plates glasses etc rather than a random assortment of things that have the feeling of being left by other guests over the years. The place was new feeling, clean and close to the beach. The garden gave our kids a place to run around. The decor was cute and welcoming without being overly fussy or cluttered. Thanks, Katrina.

An absolutely perfect Cape Cod cottage. If you're looking for a beach getaway that's relaxing, easy, fun, and feels like home (but better!) then this is the place. The cottage is crystal clean, bright, cozy, and the type of place you come back to every summer, fall, or winter--it's fantastic in all seasons. The owners thought of everything (high-quality beach chairs, and flashlight, tape, and scissors in the kitchen drawers). Staying here, you're guaranteed to experience the magic of the cape.

Highlights: Walk to the beach, outdoor shower, sunny porch with windows, grill, fire pit, private and gated yard, beach equipment, <1 mile walk/bike to grocery store, friendly & thoughtful owners.

We had a perfect vacation exploring the Cape from this convenient and immaculate beach home. Centrally located and so close to 2 great beaches we were able to do so much in our one week stay. The home was recently renovated and seemed better than new with all the conveniences and personal touches. Katrina was a fabulous host and answered any inquiries promptly and to our utmost satisfaction. We would highly recommend this cozy, yet spacious, beach home to anyone planning a Cape Cod vacation. This cottage home was amazing! It was brand new inside and extremely clean. The owners thought of everything down to the smallest details like shampoo and conditioner and a well stocked kitchen with nice appliances. We had everything we needed. Not your typical rental cottage. The beds and pillows and couches were all comfortable. AC was adjustable and kept the home very cool on a very hot week. There is a lovely screened three season porch with plenty of seating for dining or relaxing. We enjoyed the large wall mounted TV with our Netflix and other logins. Outside we enjoyed the full size Weber grill and a lovely outdoor fire pit area.

We drove to the beach during the day since we had all our beach gear but took an evening stroll to the beach a few times. The owners provided a beach pass for parking. Very quiet neighborhood. Will absolutely stay here again.
