My husband and I are new Cape home-owners who have a history of renting our spaces in Connecticut. I have been enjoying family trips to the Cape for over four decades and it has always been a dream to own a little slice of Cape heaven for ourselves. Now that we do, we would love to share our space with other individuals, couples and small families so they can create their own memories in this wonderful home away from home.

What is special about this property?
Our cottage is unique in that it is tiny house living with all of the amenities you would expect in a much larger home. Everything has a purpose and it placed with intention. The location cannot be beat! Hyannis is less than ten minutes away, where you can enjoy shopping, great restaurants, and access to the island ferries. Osterville is a short wide away as well, which boasts a quaint upscale downtown.
