Welcome to our home in a quiet peaceful neighborhood that is a mile from the beach and south of route 28. Cotuit is a wonderful town with great biking, walking and exploring opportunities.

It is quiet peaceful neighborhood that is a mile from the beach and south of route 28. Once your family or friends are at the house you have a peaceful get-away with a diverse options and flexibility for the family. Upstairs the great room provides a warm gathering area with open kitchen, dining, living room and sunroom. The back of the house overlooks "No Bottom Pond" with a private dock.

Upstairs there is a master bedroom (king bed) with its own master bathroom. There are two bedrooms (2 full beds) (1 king) that share a bathroom. Downstairs there is a in suite area with a 2 bedrooms (1 queen + 1 double) living room, second kitchen area and bath. It provides an excellent area for privacy while spending time with family and friends.

The garden level provides a great area for family entertainment with a pool table and large screen television projection with surround sound.<br /> <br /> Cotuit is a wonderful town with great biking, walking and exploring opportunities. Craigsville beach is the best public beach as is South Cape Beach which is great for MA residents with a state park sticker for parking. There is a beach in Cotuit but parking is for residents only.
