NEW! Our bright, remodeled, & cheerfully decorated 3-bedroom Cape has an ample lawn with fire pit area, hammocks & 8-ft picnic table. Launch kayaks on calm Cotuit (/koh too it/) Bay & stroll an oceanside, mid-Cape village. 5-min walk: Ropes Beach, town dock, grocery, library, pub, 9-hole public golf course. 10-min bike: Loop and Oregon Beaches, tennis courts and courtside café, (world-famous) Cotuit Oyster Co. Short drive: Falmouth/Woods Hole ferries to the islands, Osterville/Hyannis shops/cafes, MA Audubon sites.

Our 2-storey home sleeps 8 and is ideal for 2 families. Two bedrooms, located on the first and second floors, each have a cozy queen-sized bed, and a third bedroom on the second level offers double, single, and trundle beds (sleeps 4), ideal for kids. Both bathrooms have tubs, with an outdoor shower in addition.

The main level has a fully equipped kitchen with adjacent dining room, a work nook, and a cozy living room with a propane fireplace for chillier evenings. There is reliable Wifi, TV, books, board games, and puzzles. For outside entertainment, we have a BBQ, 2 bikes, lawn croquette, badminton racquets, paddle ball, boogie boards, and lacrosse sticks – all of the makings of summer as it was meant to be.

We book weeks during the summer and shoulder months, Sunday-Sunday, a 7-day minimum. This is a family home all other months of the year.

    This house was perfect for our family! The town was very cute and we enjoyed the short walk to the Market for breakfast in the mornings. The outdoor fire pit was a lovely addition for our family especially for the cool nights. We loved visiting the different beaches and bike trails. The house was a great home base for all our adventures.

    Our visit to this beautifully appointed beach house was a family vacation "win"! The house and neighborhood are beautiful. Cotuit, a true piece of small town America in the Cape, has wonderful nostalgic charm, as well as outstanding patriotism. Cotuit is actually a village in the City of Barnstable. The village has its' own college level baseball team, The Ketleers! You must learn the history of their name when you visit! They play in the Cape Cod League, which allows college players to play ball during their off season. Many universities are represented. The village has waterfronts that are in walking distance from the house. They provide small beaches for walking and sunning, as well as fishing. There are many other villages close by, which provide additional beaches, shops and historic sites to visit. We recommend the beach house and the beautiful village of Cotuit! We are so happy we vacationed there. show more show less

    Shiona is probably the best host I've ever encountered in my many experiences with AirB&B. She is an excellent communicator, her place is beautiful and the location is perfect for a quiet getaway that's also safe for families with children of multiple ages. Her place has a plethora of amenities. Our family loved the outdoor shower, her outdoor grill, her fire pit, beach equipment, and her hammocks. The beach is close and her place is centrally located and close to Hyannis and other lovely places on the cape. Her neighbors are great.     Shiona was a great host! She was very welcoming and through with her tour of the house. We enjoyed our stay. The house was well stocked with spices, cooking utensil, pots and pans, nice BBQ grill, fire pit, etc. Location is good for walking around in the neighborhood was a joy because the town is so serene and peaceful. I recommend staying for small town exploration and a quiet relaxing getaway.
