Large pool at New Seabury

This was our 2nd yr renting this house. The space is perfect for 3 generations. My granddaughter learned how to swim in this awesome pool. The backyard is such a beautiful place to spend any time of day. This is a very quiet neighborhood. I am looking forward to returning next year!

We have rented this house for 4 years and it never disappoints. The owner is very accommodating and is a wonderful host. House is on private side road so its very quiet. The back deck and pool area is great for a family gathering. House is big enough inside to give everyone room to move as well. Great place to stay - highly recommend!!

We have rented here for 3 years and love it!!! We had multiple families and generations stay here and each time has been great. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space or gather by pool or on the awesome deck area in the late afternoon. Having the pool was what sold us on this house and it's on a quiet side street as well. 10 minute walk to the marketplace as well as to Spit Beach.

We've been renting this house for many years and are looking forward to going back this summer.I was on the Cape last week and took a ride by. The house had been painted and new landscaping had been done. The house has had many improvements recently.
We always enjoyed it here.

At the pool after the beach, it's time for a cocktail and snacks . We call it Cape Cod Collapse. The perfect place for it.

This summer will be my fourth year renting this wonderful house. The best thing about this house for us is the pool. It is the largest private home in-ground swimming pool that I have ever been in. You can actually do laps! The pool setting is so private, you can't even see another house!

The house itself is large. I love how the master bedroom is very private and has sliders to the deck, and we love to eat in the screened-in porch in the evenings. We love being able to walk right out to the pool, and there is a shaded area where we can watch the kids while they are swimming, or sit in the chaises in the sun.

We can walk up to the Marketplace to play mini golf and shop or eat at one of the restaurants. We barely drive the whole time we are there, which makes for a restful vacation. There are also two living rooms, a large eat-in kitchen with a huge table for family meals, and a basement TV room that walks out to the pool. There are plenty of spaces to find some quiet time, and also big enough spaces to have great family time. It is a great house for a family vacation. We had the opportunity to arrange everyone in our family's calendar (2 grown children, and 3 grandchildren) for a week in August, and reunited at this lovely and well maintained property in New Seabury. The transaction and contract was simple and straightforward. The house is excellently maintained, clean, and had everything we needed, including an in ground pool. The beach is a short walk, and restaurants, shopping, golf, and other attractions are close by (5 minute drive). In short, we would do it all over again, and would highly recommend this rental to any family, or extended family that is looking to relax and enjoy time together on the Cape! show more show less

This house was just perfect! My family rented it for a week last summer, and we are going back this summer. I have three children and there was plenty of room for them to spread out and relax, plenty to do in the area, but mostly we stayed home and had fun in the pool. The pool is quite large and private, we are in it all day, every day. This is a great vacation home, and the owner was so easy to work with.

We rented this property in July 2012 and are so glad we chose this home. This house had plenty of room for all of us and was meticulously kept. And having the pool there was wonderful. With a 1 year old and 11 year old in tow, the pool made it easy for the older one to still have fun while the little one had her naps. All of us spent a lot of time in the pool, which was very private, as well.

The house is also in a great location. Close to the beaches and other amenities. It was easy to get to anything we needed - grocery store, gas station, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have booked it again for our vacation this upcoming summer! show more show less
