Built in 2012, this lovely and spacious 4 bedroom vacation home is located 1.3 miles from Surfside beach and right off of the bike path. It's also just 1.1 miles to town.

Open Living, Dining and kitchen area with center island and seating for eight. Two Master bedrooms (1 on each level). In addition to the 4 bedrooms, there is a 1st floor den with pull out sofa, and a closet with dresser.

2 televisions with cable. Wireless internet throughout the house.

Doors out to the back and side decks from Kitchen/Dining area.

Covered porch, and large back deck.

Beach chairs and Lobster pot provided.

Spacious private yard and deck. The deck has a private, locking, outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The deck dining table seats seats 10 to 12.

Large gas grill with direct gas line (no Propane tanks to change).

1st floor:
-Queen size bedroom
-Den with pull out couch
-Full bathroom
-Outdoor Shower

2nd floor:
-Spacious Master bedroom (Queen bed + single pull out + Crib)
-2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds
-3rd bedroom with bunk beds (bottom bunk is a full, top bunk is a twin.

    Great stay on the island!

    We had a great stay here with our 4 young kids. The house was very clean, updated, and had lots of room for our family. The location was convenient to everything and the backyard was large and a great space for our kids to run around in while the younger ones napped. Lots of beach chairs and toys and the outdoor shower was a major bonus. It had everything we needed and all was up to date. The owners were also wonderful to work with, very responsive and helpful with planning our visit!

    Great stay on Nantucket

    We’ve rented this house in August for the past few summers. The owners are very responsive and I’ve noticed they’ve made repairs and upgrades to the property each year. The house is clean and roomy with a great close to town location.

    The house is in a very good location, close to beaches with a private deck, yard and outdoor shower to relax and enjoy. Inside the amenities are updated and the house set up is great for large families or multi-generational families with lots of space.

    The owners are great to deal with. It's a great value.

    Our family has been vacationing on Nantucket for 2 generations, and have owned land on the island since the 1970's.

    What is special about this property?
    Very Spacious 4 bedroom for a cape style house. Large yard is great for families, and the property is about 150 yards from the Surfside bike path, and 1.3 miles to Surfside Beach
