The eat-in kitchen is perfect for brewing up coffee to be enjoyed on the private bluestone patio surrounded by mature plantings. The second half bathroom and laundry (New Fall 2019) are located off the eat in kitchen. Two off street parking spots, four folding beach chairs and one beach tent available for renters.

This townhouse is an easy less than a mile walk to town where there is lots of shopping and dining to be enjoyed. Spend the day relaxing the day away on one of Nantucket's beautiful beaches, visiting historical museums or taking a leisurely bike ride on miles of island paths.
