The great room provides ample seating and a gas fireplace with oversized sliding doors leading to a private backyard. The beautiful chef's kitchen features a marble waterfall countertop, Wolff 6-burner stove & oven, Sub Zero refrigerator, and beverage/wine cooler. Dining seats for 8, plus 4 counter stools. Enter the first floor en suite primary bedroom through a custom barn door, leading to a private living room with a smart TV and desk. The vaulted primary bedroom includes a king bed and a built-in dresser/vanity area. The primary en suite bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower. A half bath and laundry are are also located on this floor.

Second Floor: The stunning custom oak and glass staircase invites you to a small living area. Bedroom 1 features an en suite Queen bedroom. Down the hall, Bedroom 2, a King, and Bedroom 3, with two Full beds, share a jack-and-jill bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. A second washer and dryer is located on this floor.

Basement: A spacious rec room with two oversized sofas, an large smart TV and ping pong table. The fifth bedroom includes two full beds. A full bath is connected to the bedroom and accessible to the rec room.

Outdoor: A spacious deck has dining for 8, a gas grill, chaises, and a heated pool with spa. The pool has an automatic safety cover. There is parking in the front driveway for two vehicles.

Location: Conveniently located, this home is a short 5-minute drive or 1-mile walk from the town center, and 0.5 miles from Steps Beach. The Cliff walking and biking path is a short distance away.

Inclusions: Beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, and a small cooler. Bathrooms include hairdryers. The main level laundry room also provides an iron and ironing board.

Saturday check-in with a 7-night minimum stay required during the shoulder seasons and a 14-night minimum stay during the peak season.
No smoking and no pets.

A signed rental agreement and copy of ID are required.
50% deposit at booking, 50% due 60 days ahead of check-in.
Refundable Damage Deposit: $5,000.
Refunds are not available for cancellations unless the property can be re-rented for the full rental period booked (less a 20% cancellation fee).
Check-in is at 3 PM.
Check-out is at 10 AM.
