The house sleeps 22 people comfortably. All the bedding and lines are new. Spacious Gourmet Kitchen with access to private brick garden area. Outdoor brick garden peaceful seating comfortable patio furniture Webber gas grill.

The house features a lovely large Screened in porch overlooking the brick garden area, furnished with comfortable antique wicker, perfect for afternoon tea or evening cocktails. We have a large dining room area that seat 8-10 with formal dinnerware and flatware for 12. The house has a formal and informal living room.
The house is cable ready with Wi-Fi Internet access and fax machine.

We have 2 parking spots on site, and we are just a 3–4-minute walk to Main Street and all Ferries.
Laundry room in the basement with 3 washers and 2 dryers.
