Beautiful, spacious, new family home on a private road in Town just minutes from shops and restaurants. Built in 2007, it has central air conditioning and heating, cable TV (4 TVs) and high-speed internet, and has 5 double bedrooms (sleeps 10).
On the ground floor is a 25 ft x 25 ft living room with vaulted ceiling leading onto the dining room and kitchen, with a family room (including TV) and a separate office/sitting room. The basement has a cinema room (banked seating), games room (pool table) and Jacuzzi tub. The second floor has the master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed, a third bedroom with 2 twins bed and a family bathroom. The third floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and en suite bathroom and the other with 2 twin beds.
Outside, there is a brick patio with gas BBQ and patio table/chairs, and a lawned area. There is also an outside shower.
