As you drive up to the property you will immediately notice the picturesque landscape and beautiful pool area. This 3/5 bedroom 2.5 bath house in Barnstable Village is ready for your vacation getaway. The house will sleep 8 comfortably. The inviting wrap around porch makes a great place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverage, while looking out to the large lawn and pool. As you enter the house you will love the open floor plan. The living room is cozy with plenty of seating. There's a large kitchen fully equipped with everything you need and a breakfast bar. The light and bright dining nook is a great place to enjoy your meals. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV, there's a full bath with a tub/shower off the bedroom. Bedroom # 2 has a bunk bed that's full size on the bottom and twin size on the top. There's another half bath on the main floor. Head upstairs to the loft area where you'll find a room with a full size bed. The downstairs walk out lower level is like a second living area. There's a comfy sectional and a flat screen TV as you walk downstairs. Head down the hall to a full bathroom with a shower. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV and sliders that lead out to the backyard. There's a bonus room on the lower level with a twin bed for extra sleeping accommodations.
The outside pool area is like a resort. With it's chaise lounges, umbrellas, dining area, and outside furniture, there's even a fire pit with adirondack chairs to enjoy in the evening. Care for a cold beverage or want to take a break from the sun? There's an amazing bar right at the pool. The bar has AC, 2 flat screen TV's and plenty of seating. This property is truly a vacationers paradise!
Located in Barnstable Village, walk to the Village where you'll find a specialty market, restaurants, live theater and more! Millway beach is just 1.5 miles away, or go on a whale watch from Barnstable Harbor. This home is centrally located, Main Street Hyannis is less then 5 miles away, there's shopping, museums and restaurants. Check out the public golf courses, or catch a game of baseball at McKeon Field with the Hyannis Harbor Hawks from the Cape Cod Baseball League.
