Fells Pond House With Air Conditioning

My family stayed here for a week in July. We had a fantastic time. The house has everything you need for your vacation here at the Cape. A large back deck for morning coffee and a Weber grill for those times when you don't want to eat out. Plenty of cooking and eating items like pots and pans and silverware and plates. You don't need to bring anything! The central-air was great for those really hot days. And the house comes with 2 kayaks and you are within walking distance to a beautiful lake. We all took turns riding around Jim lake ( the locals call it Fells pond).

The house itself is really good size; we were a party of seven and we had plenty of room to spread out when we wanted to. The place was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The homeowners Steve and Rita are very responsive and reply to any questions quickly. In short; a Fantastic time was had and I would rent this home again! show more show less

We stayed for a week at this lovely home with our son, daughter in law and 2 little granddaughters. There was plenty of room for all of us! Central air, location, deck, large eat in kitchen, large living room, 3 TV's on the first floor, Weber Grill and the den were all great! We spent time at the Raw Bar where they have the best lobster rolls! We also went to the Children's Museum which was just a few miles away! It was so convenient to have the washer / dryer on the first floor!

My wife & I rented at this property for a week in late July along with a few of our grand kids. Everyone was very happy there. The kids loved being within walking distance to Fells Pond & less-than-a-mile bike ride to the ocean (so close that even our youngest enjoyed her bike ride to the beach). The main house is very spacious. It has a large living room & large kitchen/dining area as well as an additional TV/game room (which felt like a bonus). The house is surrounded by woods on three side (which both provides scenic views from the bedrooms as well as the feeling of privacy). The large deck (which overlooks the back yard) provided a great setting for quiet family breakfasts & dinners. All in all, we loved it & hope to return next year. We had a wonderful stay at this New Seabury home. The home was very spacious and very clean. The location is great! The public beach was a short drive away and we also walked and rode our bikes to the pond and marketplace right down the street. Mashpee Commons was also a 2 minute drive away!

Our family loved the whale watch out of Hyannis. A day trip to Provincetown was beautiful, and dinner at the Flying Bridge in Falmouth was also a highlight!
