This comfortable, coastal retreat boasts two floors of sun-drenched comfort for up to four people. On the main floor, you'll relax in the vaulted-ceilinged living room on the comfortable sofas while enjoying the views of New Seabury's Dunes golf course. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or through the sliders to the brick patio, furnished with teak furniture and two loungers. The updated galley kitchen includes a Bosch dishwasher and gas range; a stacking washer and dryer are closeted near the full bathroom. The main bedroom is also sun-drenched thanks to a second slider. The king-sized bed, two dressers and large closet make first-floor living very comfortable.

As you ascend the carpeted stairway, you'll love the natural light illuminating the second level thanks to a skylight in the roomy full bathroom, as well as in the large second bedroom. This bedroom has another large closet, queen-sized bed, dresser and desk. Watch tv or read your favorite book in the upholstered armchair by the windows, overlooking the golf course.

Sea Spark is lovingly maintained and up to date. You will love unwinding in the beautiful, quiet location in New Seabury. Play miniature golf, or have one of the biggest, best lobster rolls on all of the Cape at the Popponesset Marketplace, 2 miles away. Walk, run or bike to South Cape Beach--only 1.5 miles away--and enjoy the hiking trails through the marshes, and soft sandy beach on Nantucket Sound. You can watch the ferry in the distance leaving Falmouth to Martha's Vineyard, and the stars at night absolutely fill the sky. Mashpee Commons is a lovely open-air marketplace with terrific restaurants, shops, and entertainment only minutes away. Have fun exploring all that Cape Cod and the islands have to offer during the day and come back to peace and quiet in the evening.
