Sunny and peaceful! Three bedroom, two bath updated New Seabury duplex, decorated with mid-century flair, flooded with natural light, near beautiful South Cape Beach.

Well-equipped kitchen with brand new quartz counters, range hood, and tiling, plus Bosch dishwasher and dining seating for six (and table can expand to accommodate 8). Large king bedroom with sliders to huge wraparound deck, with steamer chairs for relaxing with your morning coffee, and dining seating for four. Two living areas, one upstairs, one downstairs. The downstairs hangout space has lots of seating for your movie nights, a smart TV, and DVD player with DVDs.

Each bedroom has a sliding door to the wraparound deck or the backyard. All three bedrooms have room darkening/ blackout curtains if you care to sleep in. The outdoor shower will help you freshen up after a relaxing day at the beach. By summer 2024, we will have brand new individual minisplit a/c in each bedroom.

This home is located in the peaceful and upscale neighborhood of Greensward in New Seabury. Grill on the Weber grill, hit the Raw Bar for their famous large lobster rolls, or explore the many restaurants of Mashpee Commons, less than ten minutes away. South Cape Beach is an easy and flat eight minute bike ride away, or you can park at South Cape Beach State Park for a fee right next to the beach.

We provide one hundred percent cotton linens for all four beds, and they will be made upon your arrival, as well as bath towels and beach towels, Checking in is easy, you will receive a code to a key box next to the front door on your arrival day.

We unfortunately cannot accommodate dogs at our property.

    We had a great stay and Elise was great. Everything was made easy for us and she communicated so well throughout the booking and stay. The home is in a great location, especially if you're visiting someone in the New Seabury community. It has a true Cape Cod cottage feel.

    Hi, we are Elise and Scott. We live in Natick and enjoy getaways to our new home in Mashpee, which was the culmination of a thirty-year dream to own a home near the beach. We love visiting South Cape Beach, which is slightly more than a mile away, has some of the warmest water on Cape Cod, and tons of natural beauty in the surrounding marshlands. We also enjoy visiting nearby Falmouth and taking the passenger ferry to Martha"s Vineyard, one of our favorite places in the world. Our part of the Cape has wonderful restaurants, wineries, historic houses, kid activities, and of course the beaches! We encourage you to try different beaches, Falmouth has quite a variety, and many offer non-resident parking for a fee.
