Large king bedroom with sliders to huge wraparound deck, with steamer chairs for relaxing with your morning coffee, and dining seating for four. Two living areas, one upstairs, one downstairs. The downstairs hangout space has lots of seating for your movie nights, a smart TV, and DVD player with DVDs.

Downstairs bedrooms have brand new mattresses, and each room has a slider to the backyard with fire pit. All three bedrooms have room darkening/ blackout curtains if you care to sleep in. The outdoor shower will help you freshen up after a relaxing day at the beach.

This home is located in the peaceful and upscale neighborhood of Greensward in New Seabury. Grill on the Weber grill, hit the Raw Bar for their famous large lobster rolls, or explore the many restaurants of Mashpee Commons, less than ten minutes away. South Cape Beach is an easy and flat eight minute bike ride away, or you can park at South Cape Beach State Park for a fee right next to the beach.
