Pond Access & Hot Tub

We loved having pond access 5 minute walk away, we went every day even if we had gone to the ocean too. We did look longingly at the non functioning hot tub, but we knew about that going in. Kids loved the place and so did the adults. We especially liked having the great deck where we all could gather (Source: Airbnb listing)

The house had plenty of room for our blended family. The basement was perfect for families with kids and very clean. The beds were all extremely comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was stocked for cooking and plenty of pantry space. The kids play room was great for our toddler. The shed had beach chairs but no umbrella so plan accordingly and there were also a few beach toys for kids left (not many). The outdoor space with the fire pit was very enjoyable and relaxing. We were a little bummed that the pond area in the picture was a decent distance away at the beginning of the neighborhood. The closest pond public access was a short walk but did not have a good area for swimming. The neighborhood was beautiful and nice for evening walks. We visited the closest beach and while it was a very close car ride, it was not a pretty beach for us. (Perhaps due to the recent weather, no fault of the hosts). Would stay here again. Amy's place was great for a large family. There was plenty of kids toys and games, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. It was clean. The outdoor area was spacious and private. Great for relaxing with the family, enjoying a meal at the table, or sitting by the fire. The home sits in a nice neighborhood with lots to do and easy access to many shops, stores, restaurants and beaches. All around great spot! (Source: Airbnb listing)

I recently had my first Airbnb experience and I have to say, it was absolutely amazing. The host was friendly and welcoming, and the accommodations were top-notch. The rooms and the home was clean and cozy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and great shops nearby. The entire experience was seamless, from booking to check-out. We had 14 people (8 Adults and 6 Children) in the home and felt extremely comfortable. Our weekend away at Amy's home was fantastic! Easy to find, located close to Falmouth and Mashpee. We took a trip out to Martha's Vineyard and this house was a very convenient location for getting to the ferry. The house is adorable with fun unique light fixtures, plenty of space for hanging out as a group (there were 13 of us), and very comfortable beds! The hot tub and outdoor fire pit are bonuses that make this house even more perfect for a weekend away! Amy sent helpful instructions prior to our arrival and was a pleasure to work with.
