Welcome to Sealebration, a retreat in the prestigious neighborhood of New Seabury, Mashpee. This home has been fully renovated with modern touches, is fully stocked with all the essentials, and creates a welcoming atmosphere for a memorable family getaway.
The beach is just a short bike or car ride away, and Mashpee Commons, offering a variety of shopping and dining options, is only a 5 minute drive.
The space:
- The front lawn is perfect for outdoor games (we provide Corn Hole, oversized Jenga and Dominos, as well as badminton and pickleball rackets).
- The open-concept living and dining rooms and fully stocked kitchen provide plenty of space for cooking and entertaining.
- Finished basement offers a fun space for all, complete with a Smart TV, laundry amenities, a designated work area, a convertible pool/air hockey table, and a couch that transforms into a queen sleeper.
- Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a twin trundle, and a bunk room (full bed, a twin above and a twin trundle) complete with a swing chair. A well-designed full bathroom with a double vanity and tiled shower serves these rooms.
- Top floor features a tranquil loft-style hallway with cozy sitting area and a King primary bedroom with a Smart TV and private full bathroom.
- Two decks (one in front yard and one in backyard) with a variety of lounging and dining furniture, a grill, and a fire pit.
- High Speed Internet
- Three Smart TVs with apps that enable you to connect to your favorite streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, etc).
- Outdoor shower in the backyard, perfect after beach days.
- We provide a curated selection of board games and kids' toys for maximizing enjoyment of family time!
Guest access:
You'll have access to the full house during your stay with your own personalized door lock.

THE HOME:
Please be respectful of the space and the items in the house. We kindly ask that you REMOVE YOUR SHOES before entering the property. The property has carpet and rugs, and we prefer no shoes inside to ensure cleanliness.
No pets please.
No smoking inside the property nor on the decks.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
We are in a family-friendly neighborhood, please be considerate of our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Absolutely no parties/events at the property.
AMENITIES:
We provide: linens, towels, hand soap, shower toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. We do also have beach towels that you are welcome to use. Please wash them before checking-out, as the cleaners do not service these.
KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with appliances: refrigerator (with ice maker and filtered water), oven, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils
SECURITY:
One Ring Flood Light security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. No cameras inside the property.
SHED:
There is a shed on the property that has some beach chairs for your convenience, as well as outdoor games for your enjoyment. Please keep all outdoor games inside the shed, as they are sensitive to the elements. Ensure all items are back inside the shed at check-out.
CAPACITY:
For your comfort, we allow a maximum of 6 adults (+2 kids), ensuring a great experience for all our valued guests.

Guest access:
Upon arrival, guests can access the home using the front door and are provided a unique key code.
Guests can access the entire property except a small owner's closet in one of the bedrooms.
Other things to note:
During July and August, bookings require a minimum stay of one week, from Saturday to Saturday. For the shoulder/off-season, a minimum stay of two nights is required. read more show less
