There are walking and bike trails throughout the resort and in the beach dunes. I have rented my home since 2000. My goal is to have you enjoy my home so much, you will want to come back and stay there for all your Cape visits!

What is special about this property?
I take great pride in making sure my home is perfectly neat, clean and supplied to meet all your needs upon your arrival. Because of the houses configuration it works great for both 1 and 2 families, is convenient to the beach and is in a very nice quiet area of New Seabury.

What is special about your town?
Mashpee is located between Falmouth and Hyannis with lots of Beaches, Golf courses, great restaurants and Shopping all near by. Also being located in New Seabury, its a great place to Bike, take walks and go for runs for those so inclined.
