enjoy! We are located right outside of the Village of Barnstable and so we have all the advantages that that brings. You can walk to dinner in this quaint village or dine at the water front or get your morning coffee etc and enjoy the water views or sit on the patios at the house overlooking a private and tranquil yard. OR if you would like to fish, shop or whale watch, the village has that for you also. Being just 3 minutes to Hyannis center also is a bonus. The larger shops, movie theaters, food stores, and ships to the Vineyard are all so close by. For more info, see their private website.
Great Location. Close to the town and beach. Great place for our family's celebration of our Dads 80th birthday. The house made us feel like we were home. The barn the perfect place for our party with dancing and great food. The house and barn were very clean I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area or for a group looking for a place large enough to have a meeting or reunion.

My husband and I rented the Crocker Tavern House as the location for our wedding and it was absolutely fabulous. The house was large enough for both of our families to stay under one roof and spend an unforgettable week together. We had a great week at the Cape with many trips to the beach and lots of time to just relax and enjoy each other. At the end of the week we had our wedding ceremony in the backyard amid the beautiful gardens. We held our reception in the gorgeously restored barn which was large enough for our familes as well as the invited guests. We can't say enough about how great the Crocker Tavern was. In fact our families have now decided to make it a yearly summer event. A family reunion.

This was the ideal setting for my summer family reunion. This historic home is full of charm and comfort....the perfect place to entertain at night. Plenty of space for our party to socialize together in the evenings..then when it was time to retire, we all had our privacy as well. The barn out back provided extra space and the home has a beautiful backyard for the days when we were not at the beach. Not your typical cape rental...this is a unique destination. We hope to gather there again next summer.
