I recently stayed at this property and it was everything I was looking for, and more. After many years of visiting P'town and staying in the same rental, the owner sold and I needed a new place. I found this property and was not disappointed. In my favorite West End neighborhood, it's a close walk to Commercial Street yet far enough out for some quiet time. The until comes with a fully-appointed kitchen, comfortable living area (with huge TV), two good sized bedrooms with their own bathroom, and a washer and dryer. There are even beach supplies! To make things even better, Bob is easy to deal with and has everything ready on time. A must stay for anyone looking at a rental in P'town. show more show less

My two friends and I rented this unit for a week in July. It was awesome! The unit is spacious, clean, comfortable, cozy, air-conditioned, and very quiet. The view of the ocean in the morning from the deck was breathtaking as well.

Just a short walking distance to everything we were looking to do. We loved going across the street to Victor's restaurant for the happy hour small plates. We loved our stay so much that we went back for Halloween in October and are booked again already for summer 2019 in July.

I highly recommend this unit for rental and we will continue to book the unit when we return to Provincetown. show more show less
