Staff is very nice and attentive. Unit is clean and comfortable, however the W/D is in a separate location for all tenants. The pool is nice, the hot tub was not open due to COVID. I didn't see where the exercise room was but also not available. I looked inside the clubhouse windows - pool & table tennis tables that looked quite worn. The rest looked old and not used very often. Although maintenance seemed busy, the resort appears dated and not a lot of aesthetics. The focal point of the area is the convenience of getting to the commercial center of Provincetown. A 20 min. walk (very nice) or the bus that loops about every 30 min. I would like to have seen some activities at the resort, but sitting by the pool was relaxing. Overall, my P-Town experience was good, but the resort's physical condition was lacking. show more show less

    Owner Response:

Thank you so much for pointing out how great our Staff is and how clean and comfortable our units are especially during this time of experiencing a pandemic. We had to close down certain areas at the Resort due to social distancing and sanitization guidelines. Sorry for any inconvenience you may have experienced.but these were mandated by state and local guidelines. No we are not a Marriot but considered one of the most sought after and reasonable places to stay in the area. With full kitchens and the convenience of being close to everything we have many guests that return several times a year. We hope you become one of those return guests.show moreshow less

Eastwood has been operating since 1983 as a timeshare and rental property in the Provincetown area offering reasonably priced fully equipped accommodations.

What is special about this property?
Eastwood is located in the historic east end of Provincetown within 1 1/4 miles to the center of town and a short walk to the bayside beaches. There is parking and is on the seasonal shuttle bus route.

What is special about your town?
Provincetown is home to many well known artists and writers. There are many special events scheduled throughout the year from the Tennessee Williams fest, the fun filled Carnivale in August, to the first landing of the Pilgrims in 1620. Whale watching is one of the major draws as the rare Atlantic Right whale migrates past it's shores in the early spring along with other types of whales during the summer and fall. The incredible light which attracted artists also highlights the fantastic sunsets that can be seen from our beaches. The Cape Cod National Seashore with it's sandy beaches, hiking and bike trails make up a good part of the landscape preserving the rural seaside feeling you get from the most remotest part of Cape Cod. You don't just pass through Provincetown, it is your destination.
