Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on your own selfie-worthy private deck with beautiful view of the Provincetown Harbor right outside the main bedroom. For even more spectacular views of the water and the town, go up one flight of stairs to the top of our custom-built deck, where you can relax and enjoy with our brand new lounge chairs. Our charming and newly-painted Cape Cod house is located at the center of Provincetown. It is quiet with lots of privacy, yet still on Commercial Street.

The total size is 1,400 SF. We have three bedrooms, a living/dining room, an eat-in kitchen, an outdoor grill and one of the nicest views of the Monument, harbor, and Cape Cod Bay. The house is a scant ten-minute walk from the Town Pier and ferry dock. We offer off-site parking for an extra fee, as well as public parking nearby.

Guests have access to the entire house, including the basement washer-dryer. The house is set up for very comfortable occupancy by 6 people. It is not set up for large gatherings. The deck, which is the envy of the neighborhood, is adequate for 6 people maximum.

We have an excellent caretaker, Peter, who runs two B+Bs in town. He is available on a moment's notice during your stay.

Our house is nestled up a charming garden path, about a hundred feet from Commercial Street. Our neighbors are all friendly and nice.

You can walk to everything from our place. You would probably want to rent a bike to get to Race Point of Herring Cove beach.

There is plenty of public parking within a few moments' walk of our place. We also benefit from a handy cart for moving luggage and groceries from car to house. We offer off-site parking for $15 per day, payable in cash at check-in.

Our lovely Cape Cod house is located at the center of Provincetown. Yet it is quiet with lots of privacy. Commercial Street is half a block away. The Lobster Pot and Wired Puppy are each only about 2 minutes walk away. We offer 3 quiet and real bedrooms which are furnished with new queen size beds and mattresses, new pillows, new sheets and duvets, new handcrafted night stands in two of the bedrooms, and new soft bath towels.

The living room features a brand new giant ''Smart TV'' with access to your NetFlix, a luxury leather sofa imported from London, and a colorful modern American sofa and chair set from a fine furniture shop in Boston.

The dining area boasts partial views of the water and the Pilgrim Monument and a brand new dining table and chair set. Our kitchen is equipped with a water cooler, which you are welcome to use, and brand new appliances: coffee machine, tea pot, toaster, rice cooker.
