Come and enjoy this "slice of heaven" only one house away from a private beach. This house has 2 bedroom suites upstairs (with full size baths) that go out onto a 2nd floor deck with views of the water. Both suites have a queen bed. Downstairs there are 2 more rooms providing. an additional 4 twin beds in total, and another full size bath. Other amenities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, smart TV's,Internet, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower. Window A/C's. Guests bring their own linens please. There are some beach chairs and umbrella's at the house. Fifteen minutes from Hyannis, one hour from P-Town.

    This house has been in our family for over 30 yrs, and we have had a few families renting from us for over 15 years. It's fun to read the guest books and see how grown up some of the kids have become. This is our first time using the site to rent out the last available week. We switched to a Fri-Fri rental so that our guests don't have to fight Saturday traffic and can enjoy a full weekend.

    What is special about this property?
    We have tried to decorate for comfort, and feel like this house is one of the most peaceful places on earth. It's wonderful to hear the surf at night, from the deck, and to wake up to watch the sunrise over the water.

    What is special about your town?
    The house is located in Sandwich, which has some wonderful historical sites. Heritage Plantations is a nice place to visit. If you want to go kayaking, there are several rental places who will deliver the kayaks to Scorton's Creek, or the Sandwich Boardwalk.
    And teens love jumping off the bridge into Scorton's creek at high tide ( its higher than it looks!)
