You are going to love the privacy offered by our home set on over half an acre and surrounded by natural beauty, yet just half a mile to private ocean beach. Enjoy the walk around our neighborhood with community trails, tennis court, blueberry garden, cranberry bog. Our fenced backyard features a deck with patio furniture, gas grill, outdoor shower, smokeless stainless firepit and relaxing koi pond with a waterfall for your afternoon meditation sessions.

The house is full of modern appliances (75'' TV in the living room, new fridge, washer and drier, central AC, WiFi internet) but maintains the classic Cape Cod charm.

The main floor has two bedrooms, one with twin-over-full bunk bed and another with two twin beds, well equipped kitchen, dining area, large living room with 2 pc leather sectional sofa, additional entertainment room with a TV and a sleeper sofa if you care to take a nap, and a sun room for some quality family time.

The upper floor has two bedrooms, one with king-size bed and another with queen-size bed.
If you have to work during your stay with us (and we would be sorry if you do:), you can get your private office set up in one of the two finished rooms downstairs.

The house is within walking distance to restaurant and shops, minutes to historic Town of Sandwich, the oldest town on the Cape with its beautiful shops and museums. It is also about 1.3 miles to Sandy Neck Beach.

    We were lucky to become owners of this beautiful home in December of 2020.
    2021 New Year's Eve was celebrated at the beach under the stars with not too many people around - none in fact:)
    We are working very hard to become full time Cape Codders. Meanwhile you still have a chance to enjoy our home for a week or two!

    What is special about this property?
    It's a short walk to the community beach, yet allows for completely privacy.
    The home layout is very generous - 4 large bedrooms, additional entertainment room, another air-conditioned 3-season room, extra private office downstairs, another finished area downstairs if you require even more privacy.


    What is special about your town?
    Sandwich is the oldest town on the cape. Great restaurants and museums. But the nature is even more beautiful, with walking trails right from the doorsteps of the house, or just a short drive away.
