Entering through the front door into the newly updated kitchen and open concept dining area with with a gas fireplace. The dining area, with a table that accommodates eight guests, provides a convivial space for meals, and additional seating at the kitchen island ensures everyone has a place to gather. The living room will have brand new furniture that includes two full size couches, 75'' Smart TV with Cable, and fresh paint. Also on the main floor is Bedroom 1, with a queen size bed and Smart TV and a full bathroom in the hallway with a shower/tub combo.

Located on the second floor is a brand new half bath and two bedrooms. Bedroom 2 with a King size bed and TV, and Bedroom 3 with 2 double bed and 1 twin bed.

This home provides ocean views from the kitchen, upper level bedroom and backyard. All mattresses in the home are new and come equipped with allergen-proof mattress pads and encasements.

The outside of this home features a large lawn, yard games, outdoor furniture, gas grill, outdoor shower, and a patio with a built-in firepit to roast marshmallows. But, nothing is better than taking a short walk to the ocean to spend the days on the beach!
Washer & Dryer in basement available for guest use. Garage has storage space for bikes or beach gear.

This home has Keyless  Entry for your convenience.
