Charming two-story, three bedroom home, situated on a quiet street in a beautiful neighborhood that is a quick walk to Town Neck Beach, Cape Cod Canal and marina, restaurants, ice cream shops, brewery, and quaint Sandwich Village.

3 Bedroom - 1 Full bath - Outside shower - Sleeps 7
No smoking.
Small dogs are considered.
The driveway easily fits two cars. No parking on the grass.
Air conditioners on both levels.
A 7-night reservation is required during peak summer weeks.

Check in is 4:00 pm
Check out is 10:00 am

About the property -
The first level is an open floor plan with a full bathroom and bedroom, which opens to a large back deck. The living room is a cozy space with a 40-inch flat screen TV and a large sectional sofa and the kitchen has a spacious island that provides extra seating and counter space. Two bedrooms are located on the second floor, which features a water-peak view. The fenced-in backyard, a great place to play cornhole or toss the frisbee around, is a beautifully landscaped space that has a large deck, an outside shower, and a fire pit.

Each mattress has a hypoallergenic mattress cover. Included in the rental are comforters, pillows, a bath mat, a kitchen towel and new sponge. Guests are welcome to bring their own bed linens or may rent from our Linen Service for an extra fee (please contact the owner for details).

The property is a quick walk, bike ride, or drive to:
Town Neck Beach and Marsh, a beautiful spot for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, bird-watching, crabbing, and fishing.
Cape Cod Canal and marina, where you can walk, run, rollerblade, or bike along the scenic Cape Cod canal. Also a great fishing spot or a quiet place to watch the boats come and go.

Numerous restaurants including the Pilot House, Fisherman's View and Treehouse Brewery.
Sandwich Village, a quaint walkable town center that features locally-owned shops and restaurants.
Unique spots to visit - the Sandwich Glass Museum, Heritage Museums & Gardens, Dexter's Grist Mill, Sandwich Fish Hatchery, Sandwich Mini Golf, just to name a few

    Lovely home

    Getaway for family (with grandparents!) Perfect location..very clean, great back yard. Well stocked kitchen, etc. Would definitely recommend!
