Living Area:
Cathedral ceilings soar above the main living area. Relax on the sofas and armchairs and stream shows on the smart TV.

The second living area is outfitted with two sofas.

Kitchen & Dining:
The modern kitchen is appointed with sleek granite countertops. A wine fridge is included among the stainless steel appliances.

The table in the breakfast nook seats four for morning meals. The primary dining area features a table for eight.

Bed & Bath:
This three-story home sleeps 8 guests between three bedrooms and two bonus rooms.

Sleep soundly on a king bed in the primary bedroom. Enjoy fresh Cape air on the private balcony and watch movies on the smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a jetted tub/shower combination and is also accessible from the hallway.

The second bedroom holds a queen bed and a smart TV.

The third bedroom includes a full-size bed and a smart TV. The second bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

The first bonus room is furnished with a twin bed. In the second bonus room, you’ll find a twin bed and a sofa.

The third bathroom offers a walk-in shower.

Outdoor area & Amenities:
Take a refreshing dip in the backyard pool after an exciting day. Barbecue tasty meals on the gas grill, and dine alfresco at the table for four on the mahogany deck. On starry nights, kick back around the wood-burning firepit.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and beach chairs are provided in the rental.

Parking is available for four cars on the driveway.

The pool is unheated, 6’ deep, and available for seasonal use only -- from Memorial Day to October 1st.

This rental does have window air-conditioning. The dining room fireplace is not operational (scheduled install 4-15)

Beautiful Southfield States, drive 8 miles to Sandy Neck. Craigville Beach is also 8 miles away. Even more outdoor fun awaits at Ryder Conservation (1 mile) and Mystic Lake (3 miles).

2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without owner's approval.

Parking notes: parking for 4 cars in the driveway. The garage is not available for parking. Street parking is permitted on a first-come, first-serve basis. If parking on the street, do not block the neighbors’ driveways.
