Kiahs Cottage always seems to bring a sense of calmness as soon as we pull into the wonderfully private lot, surrounded by classic Cape landscaping complete with plenty of rhododendrons. We love waking up enjoying a cup of coffee on the back deck, listening to the birds chirp and the day coming to life. After breakfast, we'll often walk a few minutes down the street to the private community beach on Spectacle Pond, set up a beach chair and towel, soak up the sun, and cool off with a dip jumping off the docks. Afterwards, we'll take a refreshing outdoor shower, fire up the grill for dinner, and wind down with a drink in hand by the fire in the outdoor fire pit.

Nestled among the trees in sought-after Lakewood Hills with deeded access to Spectacle Pond only a stroll away! Enjoy the sparkling waters for swimming, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding or fishing. Head across the road and enjoy a friendly game of basketball on the courts or a picnic on the large, grassy field.
Enter this lovely, refreshed home and take in the decorative coastal touches accenting each room as well as the new hardwood flooring throughout! To the left of the entry is the formal dining room with seating for eight. The kitchen is just on the other side of the dining room and greets you with the cool blue hues of the ocean. This eat-in-kitchen features all modern appliances and a table for four as well as a door which leads to the side yard with an outdoor shower and gas grill.
The first bathroom is on the main level between the kitchen and living room - this is a full bathroom with a large tile shower.
The living room spans from the front to the back of the home - lots of room for everyone in your group! Complete with large, L-shaped couch and a flat screen TV. If you need to work remotely, there is a desk and comfortable chair located at the far end of the living room with French sliding doors that access the back deck.
Each room upstairs is decorated in cool, coastal colors and accents.
The first bedroom is on the right and is the primary bedroom featuring a King bed, day bed (twin size with a trundle ) and two closets.
The second bathroom is also a full bathroom with shower/tub combination.
The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed and the closet is for this room is located in the hallway.
The third bedroom has two twin beds and a walk in closet.
The washer and dryer is located in the basement.
The private yard has mature trees that create a an enclave of escape along with the partially-fence portion which is perfect for a dog! The back deck has a dining table that seats six with an accompanying umbrella for those sunny days. Enjoy a fire in the stone fire pit or just sit in the ambiance that the lighting creates outdoors.

Pet Friendly Homes are for a Dog only. This home allows 1 dog with a $25 per night fee. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 per night fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
Max parking of cars at property: 3 - No parking on lawn anytime. Street parking is available.
Fireplaces are only available for use in the winter months with advance approval from owner.

Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check-out instructions at your departure.
State and local taxes are charged if applicable.
For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner.
