The house can sleep 6-7 guests comfortably with 2 private bedrooms with queen beds, a full sleeper sofa in the Living Room, and a ladder accessible loft with queen bed. There is a 1/2 bathroom on the first floor with the bedrooms and a full bath complete with rain shower head off the living room upstairs. The cathedral-ceiling upstairs features an open concept state-of-the-art eat-in kitchen, dining area with decorative fireplace, and living room. The exterior has a private balcony and backyard featuring a grill and firepit. Outdoor shower will be installed and ready for use by Memorial Day weekend 2024.

You'll be able to access the whole house and property including the backyard and two driveway parking spots. Free off-street parking available.

~10-12 minute walk to Town Neck Beach, Cape Cod Canal Visitors Center, and several restaurants. ~20 minute walk to Cape Cod Canal, several ice cream shops, bike rentals, and shopping.

    My family and I are relatively new to Sandwich, we moved here to follow our family who are long-time east coast natives. We have a long history of year-round rentals, but are very excited to offer this property as a beach get-away vacation home!

    What is special about this property?
    This property is newly renovated, with all new finishes and furnishings. It is a 10 minute walk to Town Neck Beach, Treehouse Brewing Company and several sea food restaurants.

    What is special about your town?
    Sandwich is the oldest town on the Cape, incorporated in 1639. The town is largely known for its history of glass-making and preserving its historic charm. Sandwich is one of the first towns upon crossing the Sagamore Bridge and located on the bay side of the Cape. Town Neck, the neighborhood where the property is located was formed from the dig-out in the Cape Cod Canal, constructed in 1909.
