I love to wake up early and sneak out to the deck for my morning coffee.  It’s so serene watching the waves roll into the shore, the boats passing in the distance from between the harbor the Cape Cod Canal and the occasional seal breaching the water while hunting for breakfast. Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Enter through the front door and immediately see your captivating water view! Head over to the sliding glass doors to take in the views of Spring Hill Beach…Step out onto the deck where the soft summer breeze will make you smile and the smell of the salty air will rejuvenate your senses. The composite deck runs along the entire back of the beach house, wrapping around the side to the front of the house, offering you plenty of outdoor living space. Lay back and relax in the lounge chairs, or enjoy your cup of coffee around the large outdoor dining table with seating for 6. The deck also offers a gas grill and outdoor shower. Attached to the deck is your private staircase down to Spring Hill Beach!

As you enter this home through the front door, you walk into the open kitchen, dining, and living room. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and an island with countertop seating for 6. As you are enjoying a meal from the island or dining room table, take in the views of the beach and ocean through the double set of sliding glass doors. In the living room relax around the large smart TV to unwind from the day. The TV is equipped with basic channels but you are welcome to log into your favorite streaming applications to enjoy. Back down the hallway, it will lead you to the first floor full bathroom with a stall shower.

Head upstairs to the 2nd floor and find 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and the stackable washer/dryer in the hallway closet.

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed with closet, dresser, luggage rack, ceiling fan, and night stands.

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with closet, dresser, luggage rack, ceiling fan, and night stands.

Bathroom 2: Full bathroom with shower/tub combination and dual sink. 

Bedroom 3: King with arm chair, double closets, 2 luggage racks, ceiling fan, night stands and ensuite bathroom. There is also a private balcony with seating for 2 to take in the views!

On the 3rd floor you will find the open “kid zone” with 2 sets of bunk beds (2 twin beds and 2 full beds), a living area to stream on the TV and lounge in the arm chairs or bean bags. There is also a half bathroom on this level. This entire floor offers stunning views of the beach.

This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience.
No Smoking of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
No Pets are allowed inside or outside the home!
Max parking of cars at property: 6 - No parking on dune at anytime

Additional Information to Assist You:
Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check-out instructions at your departure. 
State and local taxes are charged if applicable.  
For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival.  We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
