This quintessential Cape Cod home is ideal for summering on the Cape with an open kitchen and an oversized living room. One floor living at its best.

The white and bright kitchen with coastal inspired blue countertops has a stove / oven, double sinks, fridge and microwave to help with packing lunches for those beach days!

There is a breakfast bar that seats 4 with extra seating for 2 at a fold up table. Don't forget the additional seating outside on the large deck - the perfect place to sip your morning coffee as the sun rises or to end your day with a simple BBQ - everyone's choice of food in the summer!

The comfy furniture in the adjacent living room will call you in to watch your favorite show on the large flat screen TV or just relax after a day at the beach!  Check out the games and puzzles for those lazy afternoons when the weather keeps you indoors.

Located just off the kitchen, you will find the spacious deck with two tables and enough seating for all!  

Three AC units in the property to take the edge off during those hot summer days, one unit in the living room and one unit in Bedrooms 1 and 3. 

Bedroom 1 doubles as a bedroom or just a den. It is the perfect room to take a ''time out'' and read the latest beach novel or listen to your favorite music on your ear buds. The daybed could be used as an optional sleeping area for your group.

This captivating beach house has the perfect balance of Cape Cod design and in-home comforts with warm natural sunlight pouring through the large picture window capturing the views of the dunes surrounding your pathway to paradise.   

Fire up the gas grill and cook your favorite meal by the sea to enjoy on the deck. Follow the private path over the dunes down to Sagamore Beach. After a long day in the sun, hop into the outdoor shower to rinse away the sand from the beach.  

Come on down, the beach is calling! 

This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience.
No Smoking of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
No Pets are allowed inside or outside the home!
Max parking of cars at property: 4 - No parking on lawn anytime.

Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check-out instructions at your departure.
State and local taxes are charged if applicable.
For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival.  We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book one of our Vacation Rental Homes. An ID must be furnished upon request.
***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner. Please ask our guest specialist for details.  Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc.
