Welcome to our stunning beachfront retreat! This exquisite beach house rental offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and coastal charm. Nestled just 200 feet from the private association beach, you'll find yourself immersed in the soothing sounds of the ocean and mesmerized by breathtaking views from the backyard, kitchen, and bedrooms. The first floor boasts a cozy bedroom featuring a queen bed and a Smart TV, providing a serene haven for relaxation. The king bedroom, also equipped with a Smart TV, exudes a sense of peace with a view of the ocean, while the third bedroom offers a versatile sleeping arrangement with two full beds and one twin bed. All beds are adorned with new mattresses and allergen-proof mattress pads and encasements to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Linens for beds included. First floor has full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Additional 1/2 bath on second floor and heated outdoor shower on the property. Bath towels are provided.

The heart of this beach house is the expansive family room, complete with a 75-inch Smart Roku TV, perfect for family movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. High speed/mesh WIFI makes all of your streaming needs easy! The newly built kitchen is a culinary delight, featuring stainless steel appliances, a Keurig dual coffee maker, and all the tools needed to unleash your inner chef. The dining area, with a table that accommodates eight guests, provides a convivial space for meals, and additional seating at the kitchen island ensures everyone has a place to gather.

As the sun sets, gather outdoors to enjoy the gas fireplace, fire pit, and gas grill. The spacious yard invites you to engage in friendly yard games or simply relax in the comfortable Adirondack chairs. Choose between the deck off the front of the house or the patio off the back to savor the coastal breeze. An outdoor shower is conveniently provided for rinsing away the sand after a day at the private beach.

For your convenience, there is ample room to store bikes in the garage, and on-site, you'll find a washer and dryer. Additionally, we've thoughtfully provided starter amenities such as dish detergent and laundry detergent, ensuring you have everything you need for a seamless and enjoyable stay.
