We are proud to introduce our home to the Cape Cod vacationing community.

Once known as the Eagle House, our home is located in beautiful Scorton Shores, East Sandwich, surrounded by sweeping Cape Cod dunes, which lead directly to a private beach on Cape Cod Bay.

There are views of the dunes from the Living Room, 1st Floor Queen Bedroom and sitting area in the kitchen. There is a second bedroom on the first floor, with 2 twin beds and a full size futon.
From the second floor master suite you can access a private deck which overlooks beautful Cape Cod Bay.

Our Living Room is equipped with a large, flat screen TV with HD Cable TV and On Demand.

Our bright, cheery kitchen is equipped with a Dishwasher, Toaster Oven, Microwave and Coffee Maker. Enjoy your morning cup of Joe in the Kitchen sitting area or, better yet, grab a beach chair and drink your coffee on the beach!

The Kitchen sitting area contains another full size futon for your use, if needed.

There is also a Basement which is fully finished and includes a Pool Table and a Game Room that is equipped with a TV (Cable and On Demand.) Kids will enjoy this private play area, while the adults relax in the main living area, which can easily accommodate 6 adults.

We have a gas grill for those nights that you want to cook out or roast marshmallows.

The area of Scorton Shores offers the opportunity to fish, kayak and enjoy the natural surroundings of the bay and dunes. Scorton Shores is a private community and one of the few that has its own private beach.

We will permit one small dog to vacation at our home. Please ask us about our pet policy. show more show less

Hi!
We are Steve and Robin Jay. We were born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. We have been vacationing on the Cape since we were in our early twenties and knew that this was where we wanted to vacation. After many years of renting properties, we decided to purchase a house of our own. We spent a great deal of time visiting homes for sale all over the Cape. We decided on East Sandwich.

What is special about this property?
We love this area! The natural beauty of the dunes and bay is amazing! The sunsets, which can be seen either on the deck or on the beach, are incredible.

The water is clear and crisp. It is much calmer than the ocean side beaches, which is also good for younger children.

Cooking Fires on the beach are allowed - nothing like hot dogs and s'mores cooked on the beach.
