Our young family had a remarkably great time in this quaint home and thoroughly enjoyed all that Sandwich has to offer. The location of the home was absolutely perfect; a short drive away from a number of wonderful places to eat, and a short walk away from two fun beaches. The house was clean and purposeful, the yard was a wonderful place to unwind, and the neighbors were more than pleasant and welcoming. Stayed the week of August 7-14. Spotlessly clean cottage with everything you need for a carefree vacation. The cottage itself is adorable with bright colors and very comfortable furniture. A sunny back yard has a large table for eating, an old fashioned large hammock, 2 nice padded lounge chairs, and a gas grill as well. Well thought out rooms are just right for 4-5 people. Close to the beach, many attractions, flea markets, historic sights, and restaurants.

If you're looking for a cozy, clean summer rental with all the amenities, you've come to the right place. A quiet, friendly neighborhood, close to the beach made my family vacation close to perfect. I look forward to renting next year.

This was our first time visiting the Cape and what a wonderful vacation we had. It was that much better because we stayed in such a beautiful place! This cottage was so perfect for our needs. Our children are 4 and 6, and they enjoyed the cottage as much as we did, especially the comfy hammock in the backyard! I

The home is so well thought out (beautiful and clean, linens included, fully stocked kitchen accessories and even a wagon to cart the kids to the beach) and these little touches made it feel like a home. We didn’t want to leave! The cottage is located perfectly to many main attractions at the Cape but it's nicely located in such a quaint neighborhood. We've come to Town Neck Beach for the same week every year. We've rented a lot of houses in the neighborhood and this place has been the best to date. The ease of renting, arriving and communicating with the owners is the best. No realtor to go through, direct access to the owners of the property. The home itself was perfect for my wife, daughter and myself. Everything was thought out and perfect when you arrive. Towels, linens, beach chairs and kids toys! Absolutely perfect. Beds where really comfortable and my 2 year old graduated to sleeping in a big girl bed in this cottage. She loved having her own room and comfy bed, she slept amazing every night! and wouldn't wake up until 8-9am. We had a great vacation and hope to stay again next year. show more show less

We loved this house! It was clean and beautifully furnished. The three season porch with rocking chairs were perfect for morning coffee and spent lazy afternoons in the hammock in a great fenced in private backyard. The house was stocked with linens, pillows and beach towels, aside from toys for the beach! The owners were great to work with. You won't be disappointed!

Immaculately kept, very well thought-out, and Chris and Jason were extraordinary to work with. They thought of everything - beach chairs, toys, games, a wagon, ice cubes already made, and enough blankets and pillows for an entire family. The location is absolutely perfect and easily walkable to 2 different beaches and the boardwalk. Good food and drink not far and the drive from Boston was cake. Comfortable beds too. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful family vacation in this cozy, cute cottage. Very comfortable beds, beautiful three season porch. Just within walking distance to the beach. Lots of great memories here! We hope to come back next year!

I spent Memorial Day Weekend with a friend at Jason and Chris's Cape home. We loved this house. It is clean and well maintained and complete with everything. The back yard was great for entertaining. We walked to the beach. It was very relaxing and close to everything. I would recommend this to couples and families. We are definitely booking here again for a week!
