Drink in the meadow views from 2 private decks and from the spacious screened porch. Spend lazy afternoons in the shade of the porch playing board games, or casual dinners free from the evening bugs. Large Kitchen is well equipped, freshly painted and offers a center island.

The sunken living room is warm and welcoming with afternoon sun & a cozy fireplace. 4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Den & Laundry complete the 1st floor. Master Bedroom suite with private Bath and fireplace located upstairs, offering commanding views from every angle and private balcony.

One mile away from beautiful Sandy Neck Beach, with a bath house & snack bar open daily. AC is 2 window units. 

This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience.
NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
NO PETS are allowed inside or outside the home! 
Max parking of cars at property: 6 - No parking on lawn anytime. 

Additional Information to Assist You:
Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check out instructions carefully and there will be no extra charges. State and local taxes are charged if applicable.  
For Reservations made over 60 days away-you can make 2 payments-50% deposit with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival.  We accept Mastercard and Visa for Payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance. NEVR complies with the directives listed on the Mass.gov website. Please be aware that information may be updated and the details of your reservation may also be required to change, potentially without much notice. If the MA Governor issues a MA Rental Ban for MA Vacation Rental Homes, we will allow you to move your reservation to a future date, or provide a refund. Please note, any other reasons to cancel would follow our normal cancellation policy.
***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen/concierge services. Please ask our guest specialist for details.  Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc.
You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book one of our Vacation Rental Homes. An ID must be furnished upon request.
